The recovery process can take up to 3 additional hours depending on the well. Results will be reviewed and calculated by a licensed well driller or a class 1 pump installer. In order for this to be completed it has to be a drilled well, above ground with a submersible pump.
We will first check the yard for any signs of problems. Using a seesnake camera we will visually inspect through a exposed clean out the pipe that runs from the home to the tank. We then complete a visual inspection of the exposed septic tank and continue our camera inspection from the tank to the field. We then complete a hydraulic load test and add tracer dye. A follow up to the property should be completed between 2-7 days after the inspection to check the yard for any signs of problems. Video and results are reviewed by a licensed installer. For this testing to be completed we would need to have the tank exposed completely.
If it cannot be exposed we can do a less invasive inspection from the clean out pipe to the tank, and locate the tank for you.
Through a an exposed clean out or a lower level toilet (without lift pump) removed prior to inspection, if no cleanout pipe available. We will visually inspect the pipe that runs from the house to the city sewer tie in. We will verify the presence of a backflow preventer valve and the pipe condition.
